Principles and Applications
These classes are heavily focused on the martial element and do not usually include
Qi Gong, form practice or relaxation.
Our classes aim at different applications of Tai Chi Chuan, from relaxation and health aspects to the martial and self-defence applications of the art. Please phone Paul on 07708 896334 or drop us an email at
info@lancaster-taichi.co.uk to discuss which class is most suitable for your needs.
